How do I know if I qualify for a study?

We’ll reach out to you directly if your professional background fits the criteria of a specific project. This is usually based on your role, industry, location, or experience.

What types of studies can I expect?

You may be invited to participate in online surveys, one-on-one phone interviews, or short expert panels—always related to your field of expertise.

How long does participation take?

Most surveys take 10–15 minutes, while interviews may last 30–45 minutes. You’ll always be informed in advance and can decline any invitation.

 

Is my information safe and confidential?

Yes. We are ISO 27001 and ISO 20252 certified. Your data is handled securely and used only for research purposes, never for marketing or sales.

How and when do I get rewarded?

After successfully completing a study, you’ll receive your reward—either as cash, PayPal, or a digital voucher—typically within 7 business days after the survey is completed (usual fieldwork period is 2-3 weeks).
